Mess

I'm not generally a messy person but this craft lark plus a small house full of people means that mess is inevitable!

Most of my crafty stuff is stashed in my bedroom but I have a little box with my current stuff in that travels about the house with me, well this grew and grew into this pile in the corner!

I saw this sexy plastic trolley in Aldi last week (I think it's for vegetables) so I thought that might do to get my mess sorted.

It works a treat, I roll it round the house like a crafty demented trolly dolly and even though you wouldn't know to look at it I now know where everything is!

I'm quite pleased with my bit self, I even pimped it with crochet flowers.  When we get company I will scuttle away and hide it upstairs, promise.

Don't forget to add yourself into the list for my giveaway, I've had a fantastic response so far ~ thank you!  I have resized my button as on other blogs is was a tad too large.  I will draw the winners on Sunday.

I feel the need to note that I'm currently poorly sick, I've got a cold; and as a rule I don't get colds.

You know when you feel like you have an egg stuck in your throat and you are hot then cold, and you ache in places you have not even seen for years ~ well that!
I just don't have time to be ill there are so many things I want to do, I have booked a day off work on Friday so I might throw myself into my illness then...

....Sympathy now please :0)

~ ♥ Back Soon ♥ ~

You're putting Me to shame, please tell Me you have more than one messy corner.
I have them everywhere and even having drawers similar to yours doesn't keep it organised for Me, perhaps I have too much stuff and need a clear out!

I'm loving the tidy storage. I'm like Beki and have messy corners all over the place. Kim & Aggie would have a field day at my place! Sorry you're poorly sick. Look after you and get well soon, gorgeous. xxxx

I definately am messy with my crafting stuff - actually with everything! What a good idea - I just know if I tried that it would be overflowing within days.

Lots of sympathy from me too - I've had a cold which has kind of turned into a chest infection, so I'm currently wheezing like a set of bellows! I could've done with that toilet roll hat last week! Hope you feel better very soon! xx

what a great idea!!
I love the concept of being able to move it as well. My crochet armchair always has such an ever growing pile of wool next to it, I may now have to invest in a rolling thingo!!
Thanks for sharing that

Bwahaha, I love the idea of you dashing round with a trolley of crafty stuff, hopefully with wool and glitter trailing madly behind you.

*big hugs* for the cold. Hope it clears up soon.

Ooh, no need to hide that trolley when visitors come, bring it out and show them! It's 'proof' that you made all those wonderful cushions and crocheted items!
Like most people responding, I've got masses of stuff that couldn't be hidden away as easily as yours.

Sorry to hear you have the snuffles (great pic!) and hope you feel better soon. x

I have had a clear up of my crafty bits too, must be the season for it. My mum kindly gave me an old shelving unit from her garage - isn't it so much nicer when it's all organised?

Hope your cold gets bettter really soon, rotten time of the year for sniffles
