Calling all Wool Hoarders

Morning ladies.

I saw a plea last week from a womens mental health charity WISH based in Liverpool and London, they were looking for wool and knitting needles as they were setting up knitting workshops for women.

I thought this would be a good cause and I had a bit of a clearout and sent a big bag of wooly goodness to them today.

If you would like to help them and have a bit of a clear out at the same time you can send your wool and needles here:

In other news my Sewing Machine cross stitch is finally finished and framed.  I can hardly count it as a monthly make as it has been several months in the making but I have little else to show this month as I have been busy making a pretty bathroom, so here is my November monthly make.

I did opt for all black in the end.

When I add the finishing touches I will post a picture of my new bathroom, it's been a long time coming. I did want plantation shutters but it turns out I should have ordered them sometime in 1986 if I wanted them before Christmas 2012, who knew, I am awaiting ordinary blinds in the meantime *tuts*.

Oohh before I go the December Flickr group is up and running here.  You have all been brilliant this year and I continue to be amazed that you are still contributing this far in. Our wonderful Annie had bestowed the honour of Miss December to me and as it's my favourite month (wedding anniversary, birthday and Christmas) I was very happy to oblige.
Pop over and join in, go on it's the last one of the year!

Thank you for the address to send my excess wool to (of which I have a little!). I'll definitely do that. Your cross stitch looks wonderful. I love it that it's all black. Looking forward to seeing the bathroom reveal. xx
