Ways with Yo-Yos...

In an attempt to make some use of the Yo-Yos I have recently made I decided to make an Ipod cover and add them to the front, I know it's a case of the tail wagging the dog!

Using some flowery cotton (previously an (unused) vintage bed sheet in a former life), and some fleece as wadding, I made a simple cover for an Ipod touch or Iphone (or infact most phones). This was really simple to make I used the tutorial from Sewchristine's Blog ~ if you have not already; have a look at her blog she is a very talented lady!

This one was a bit rushed and is a bit on the shabby side, but here is another I made previously with a lovely blue fabric, I use this every day as my phone cover.

Back Soon.

Thanks ladies - the heart shaped button was cut off a pair of cheap slippers from the Wilko sale last year, the slippers were £1.75 and there were four of those buttons on each one, I bought them just for the buttons! Terrible aren't I? Kandi x

What a great story - bought the slippers for the buttons! Nearly spat my tea out then! I think the phone covers look great. x

Rushed? I could spend days trying to make something not even a fraction as neat and pretty!
